PHILOSOPHY IN HUMAN RESOURCES
We consider our human resources department as not only the most important source, but also our main presence that manage our all sources. Recognizing that our success is related to the customer satisfaction and staff motivation, we have determined our human resources mission as ‘to make leader featured staff that motivated to increase the customer satisfaction’.
SELECTION AND PLACEMENT
All the applications by e-mail, fax, and application form have been collected in the application pool. In case of need for personel in a department, the suitable applications have been selected, and the suitable ones are called for pre-interview. Sufficient applicants have been called again for a second interview that the director of the related department also join. Personality tests and general ability tests have been applied to the applicants. The most suitable applicant have been called to be employed.
TRAINING AND ENHANCEMENT
Trainings have been organized based on to the knowledge and ability according to the aims of the company and needs of the organization to get the best performance. Moreover, incorporate training and instructions, which changes according to the job, have been applied to each new employee.
